Keith Cowan, Executive Chef, has been with us for the past year after spending 13 years at the Tavern At River's Edge in Exeter, NH. He has been getting rave reviews from our restaurant clientele as well as our wedding guests. We often receive comments that he goes above and beyond typical wedding or banquet food. He uses all fresh ingredients including samplings from our own garden onsite.
With over 20 years experience in the restaurant and resort industry, Chef Keith will be happy to work with you on customizing a menu or preparing those selections from his savory Event Menus provided. In either case, it will taste great and look great! Foodies are welcome, he enjoys the challenge.
